I got up around 4am (ish) & eased into my day. Took care of a few things online & then headed out around 6:30/6:45ish for the first part of my walk. There weren't any podcasts to listen to really 'jumping' out at me so I decided take a leisurely pace, snap a few photos & just appreciate the experience.
I was on my way to the MDT when I spotted a feather which is a good sign 👍👍🙏💕😉

I went home for a quick hydration break and to do some updooting before heading back out to finish my 10k before 10am
