Nothing to talk about today really. Except I met two people that introduced me to holotropic breathwork. I'm not 100% sure exactly what it is I mean they explained it well enough it gets you to Altered States Of Consciousness I think I'm not sure if that's the correct way of saying it, but I might actually go through with doing that in the near future.

Besides that I drove Uber, and right now I'm on a walk. I just got home after I drove for a bit longer than I expected. I know I always feel the need to at least stretch my legs afterwards. I'm driving from one place to the next and I just sit there and it's actually in some ways kind of physically tiring. You wouldn't think it, but just staying in that car is a mentally tiring and physically tiring on your body. So often I want to get up and stretch and move around a bit, but you having to just sit there in that one position. I'm not saying it's the worst thing in the world cuz it definitely is not it's just one of those things you don't really think about until you're doing it, kind of screws with my back a little bit too.

Anyways right now I'm walking and I got to upload this and see you tomorrow!
