오늘도 5km 달리기 연습했습니다!
태풍 때문에 헬스장에서 땀을 흘렸지요!
기록은 30분 그리 좋은 건 아닙니다!

마라톤 대회에 나온 사람들 중 5km를 뛰는 사람들 상위권 기록을 보면 18~25분 정도인데 따라 가려면 아직 멀었네요😔
하지만 열심히 연습해서 좋은 기록으로 대회에 나가 보렵니다^^

태풍이 어느정도 지나간 것 같은데 모두들 피해가 없었으면 좋겠네요^^
