My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2019

This day involved the completion of the trench we started yesterday. After that, I finished my day doing some yard work for my employer. The digging was the most difficult I’ve experienced since moving here almost 4 years ago. At one point, I even needed to apply some essential oil to my wrist to ease the pain.
