This is me Flying Low (My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2018)

On yesterday’s @actifit post I put a pic from one of Fellow runners... @shanibeer get confused thinking that I was the guy flying low so, here you can see me doing a similar flight (sorry for the bad pic but the phone and the sun behind make difficult to get a better shot).

Today we have a "soft" continuous run... well, I mean "soft" in comparison with yesterday interval training that was tough...
The plan today was to run:

  • 3 Km in soft progression followed by...
  • 3 Km run just below the Anaerobic threshold followed by...
  • 1 Km Fast run
  • 2 Km of back to calm

All in one shot!
Afterwards, a complete stretching session, as usual...

I felt tired, a little bit, I still have the consequences of the 18 repetitions of 300m of yesterday, nevertheless, the run today released my legs...

Now I am again at Italy, close to Venice...in a Holiday Inn hotel... have to find a place for running tomorrow's workout, which will be 6 repetitions of 800m but this time with a full recovery in between... 3 minutes :-)

Summary:

  • 9.49 Km in total. run in 42'
  • 1 Km of quality run
  • Average Heart Frequency: 140 bpm
  • Maximum Heart Freq.: 174 bpm
  • Total time including cool down and stretching: 62'
