At the end I have dismounted my Heart Frequency sensor, I have cleaned it with alcohol and seems now it works well 😂😂😂

Today we run 9.5km along the beach promenade of Barcelona. We did it in progression, starting at 5’/km and ending below 4’/km...all in all around 44’ in total.
Impressive because it was a very warm day here at Barcelona and there were plenty of tourists around...

I think the sensors of my smartphone are not very good, once I did a walk of 15Km with the app always on and I only made 1000 and few points, maybe it is best to buy such a watch!
