I'm tired. Another uncomfortablewarm day to run and hike, especially after spending the morning down in Rapid City. Legs suffering on the hills and was just dragging my body along to get the workout done. Now gave my 3 days one at the hatchery which doesn't help either. My stomach felt sour all day so hopefully nothing much that some fasting with tea and broth can't fix. I would love to spend a few hours circling the track at the local little university to try out some ultra training for the upcoming races. Little different surface and scenery but putting in some good hours on my feet while trying out my music mix would be good. We'll see how it goes. #ultrarunning all the way baby!!!
