Of late, God has burdened my heart to see the need for bodily fitness. Reasons are not far-fetched as the bod needs to be in good condition to house the soul and spirit.
We got engaged with this drill to stay fit for a football match. According to the drill master, it was necessary to get our joints and muscles prepared for the match.
We do that often for our sports, but seem to neglect this rule in other aspects of our lives. One of the things that may represent drills is study.
The time for study is a time to get our muscles drilled to get fit for the real time practice.
Scripture in 2 Timothy 2: 15 admonishes us to be at our best to present ourselves to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.
Giving ourselves to study is what will open is up to consolidate our strengths and fill up areas of our weaknesses and vulnerabilities, and that if we open up ourselves.
Do have a blessed day and ensure you get fit for your tasks!
Through the drills and football match, I was only able to count a little above 4000 actifits.
