I've started a new training season, after a few years on almost total sedentarism. I ran 2Km on 5'42''; my goal is to get back my previous record: 10Km on 39'17'' (back in Nov. 2014)
I' m also lifting some weights to get back some muscle mass at the same time, which a goal I'll be updating here too.
That was my best 10Km race, back in 2014
