Hi everyone, today it was leg day for me. I also did some push-ups but still learning the correct form and strenghtening my arms. I also did 60 burpees but I am noticing that I tend to have headache a couple of hours after. I don't know why.
I am thinking about changing exercise: no more burpees but squat jumps.
What do you guys think?
