Today I did some new things.
1-Bring Sally Up Challenge by Frank Medrano (plank)...(twice!)
2- Did the same challenge but with Over Head Squats
3- Sprints EMOM style
- my usual leg routine.
It was amazing!
I think tomorrow my body will be sore 😂
