My Actifit Report Card: October 26 2018

This is my fifth experience with Actifit Fitness Tracker.

Regular walks in the fresh air enhance health and improve well-being.

The World Health Organization recommends a daily 40-minute (~ 8000 steps walk) exercise.

As I promised myself yesterday, I did more walking today.
