My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2019

어제는 쉬지 않고 25분을 달렸다.
전날밤에 탄수화물을 많이 섭취한 탓인지 모르겠다.
기록도 가장 좋게 나왔다.
발바닥에 통증이 좀 있지만 견딜만 하다.
앞으로는 일주일에 3~4회만 달릴까 한다.
매일 달리는 것이 좀 몸에 부담이 되는듯 하다.
그러나 잘 모르겠다.
내일이면 또 밖으로 달려나가 뛰어갈지.
