Managed to make it out for a short walk this lunch time before the rain came in, which was lucky.
I'm still having a problem with my knee, but I'm hoping to make it out for a jog tomorrow lunch time. If it holds up I might even get a few miles in.
My November #fitnessgoals are non existant at the moment, but I'll get back on track soon enough. As soon as my knee is 100% ill get my goals up and start my running stats back up.

Jump in a pool and get a swim coach.
15 years of baseball and my body was falling apart until I gave up everything except swimming. It sucks at first but grab a Finis Duo for music and ear plugs.
After four years of flailing, I'm signed up for the World famous Long Bridge swim in Sandpoint Idaho this August.
