This morning I got up early but not quite early enough to grab an #AutomaticWin. Missed that by about 2000 steps.
This was a crisp yet sunny day. Ideal for running trails! (And yeah... I need to do my fill of that before the snow flies!) Met up with @chris.dao and off we went! Leaves covered the tail hiding the slippery earth below their fall colours. It was an action packed, nimble feet #AdventureRun!
Chris! Thanks for coming out! It was good to catch up and get the extra steps! Even if some of them were tricky!🙌
Feeling invigorated from being in the great outdoors the last part of this day went pretty smoothly. I finished up with some light stretching and 30 minutes of meditation while the sun dropped it’s final rays upon the earth. Another day is done.

Still summer here, like for the past 40 years of my life 😂😂😂 last year I had fun running in Korea Busan during their fall though. It's like never get tired!

Running close to sea level gives me a super charge especially because where I live (Alberta Canada) we are so far above sea level!
It’s one of my favourite things actually! Going for a run on the beach! Korea Busan must be low altitude hey?!
