So much of life is uncertain... but if you think about it there was never a guaranty was there?! Anything worth doing is going to have a certain amount of risk to it... but your going to be able to minimize those risks with forethought and preparation.
Living healthy, lifting weights, and taking cardio steps is instrumental if you want to maximize results and minimize the inherent risks.
A lot of people stand on the shore line hindered and hampered by fear and procrastination and life is certainly not without its lumps!
I like to think about it this way... Would you follow a General without scars?
Life is to be lived... so let’s all brave the unknown to create better healthier futures for ourselves.
Your never going to regret taking action. In fact... your going to wonder why you didn’t take the first step sooner!
And if it helps... creatively finding ways to minimize risk... now that can be a literal lifesaver!

I made some healthy decisions in Hawaii while I was there! I just LOVED these avocados! They were delicious and sweet! Waaaaaayyyyyy better than a bag of chips or a happy meal! By the way... real food helps prepare the body for the demands your going to put on it... Healthy nutrition is one of the absolutely best ways to satisfy the risky health concerns and poor health.
