My Actifit Report Card: September 28 2019

36 days of marathon training to go ...

After a week of having to take it easy because of a tweaked hip, I decided to test out how things were doing with a long-ish run. Put in 10 miles at a sub 9:00 pace and while there is still some soreness, I’m not feeling any pain.
