Day 11
Greetings!
Today I took my daily walk during my lunch break and a short walk in the evening to reach my 5000 Activity Count.
I also started my 31-day fitness challenge with my coworkers. The challenge consists of pushups and planks that will last for the whole month of May. Today was day 1 of the challenge and I completed 5 pushups and a 10 second plank. Everyday the pushups and planks wll slightly increase until finishing the month with 60 pushups and a 5 minute plank.
