Happy Sunday out there in the Steemiverse.
This is what I've got for tonight's sunset. A reflection shines in most days. It's nice.
A different perspective.
Today I walked to my friend's house to visit. It was a very wintery fall day here. A few inches of fresh powdery snow, breeze, cold -20°c and fresh. Winter is definately in my blood. I do really love its energy. No pics of winter though. Haha, i totally didn't even think to capture a single shot.
Pics i do have for you involve making a great sandwich!!
Genoa, provolone, yummy costco buns, roasted garlic, & red onion all heated and toasted up nice under the broiler.
....then add kimchi.
And, greens! Here we have pea shoots, and cilantro.
Add, a dollop of mayo, salt & pepper.
Voila!
I assure you. It was delish!! 😋

Haha, it's like 0 in your temp. Pretty normal winter weather, No? When we get to -40 then we know it's really really winter out there! Maybe it doesn't get to be really winter in Colorado. Summhow i am doubtful LOL is Puerto Rico calling your name this winter Dave?
