Por la mañana hemos ido a dar un paseo y sacar a Darwin, mi perro por el paseo marítimo de coruña, hoy hacia un día precioso al contrario que en el resto de España.
Por la tarde he ido a la solana a seguir con la recuperación de mi menisco. Hace unas 5 semanas desde la operación. Actualmente hago 40 minutos de bici y 15 minutos de elíptica. Luego tabata abdominal y flexiones.
Cada vez meto más dificultad a ambos ejercicios y luego pongo hielo en la rodilla al tiempo que realizó ejercicios de estiramiento.
