My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2019

Hoy ha sido un día bastante movido en cuanto a actividad en el trabajo, he caminado bastante.

Por la tarde he ido al gym y he hecho un par de wods que pego a continuación

Se ha hecho duro porque además era muy largo, mas de una hora para acabarlo. He terminado con las piernas bastante reventadas de tanto remo, carrera y luego ejercicios de fuerza, por lo que ha sido muy productivo para mi recuperación de la rodilla.
