TO playing badminton tonight is my weekly exercise,i have kept this habit for four years.
But have one problem,my right hand is obvionsly stronger than my left,you can see my right arm is larger than my left arm,because i don't do any except playing badminton and running.
I want to change the situation the right arm is larger than the left arm.I will do other sports.
