Yesterday I spent the afternoon cleaning up plastic from a beach in Barcelona, Spain. I was with three friends as we made an effort clean up mother earth. Despite being a big beautiful city, Barcelona's beaches are covered in plastics which can harm the ocean life. Do your part and be the change! This is how we show people we don't need a government to take care of us!

I do this always in the Netherlands. It's unbelieveable how much plastic is on the beach. I need about 10 minutes to fill a big bag like the one you have in your hand. It's great to see more and more people taking action :)
