Walking my grandson home spotted this in our stream. Took it home, cleaned it up a little bit, and publicly posted it so the owner can claim it.

Thoughts
Apparently it has been there for a few weeks as mentioned by a few people passing by as I was lifting it up onto the bank. Most likely it's been discard by its owner, from inspection it's an old model and not well looked after.
It really is a shame some people don't feel responsible in disposing of their goods/products appropriately. They could even donate it to some charitable group that are happy to fix it up.
Maybe I'll fix it up myself and pass on.
