Ardana seems like a serious missing link for Cardano. There seems to be a shortage of working and efficient dapps on Cardano. In my personal opinion, DANA could be a major name in the ADA ecosystem similar to Uniswap is within the Ethereum community.
The technical papers state
"Danaswap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) operating on the Cardano blockchain. It was developed to be a stable marketplace for financial assets that live on the Cardano blockchain. Unlike a traditional exchange, Danaswap is governed by smart contracts. This means that the rules by which assets change hands are enforced by the blockchain protocol. Compared to a traditional centralized exchange, users of a decentralized exchange benefit from greater transparency and verifiable guarantees about the behavior of the exchange."
Classic Example of a DEX with a clear purpose
The technical papers also state
"The primary inspiration for Danaswap came from Uniswap and Curve. Uniswap is a series of DEX smart contracts for the Ethereum blockchain. [3, 4, 5] Curve is a company which publishes DEX smart contracts for the Ethereum blockchain. [6, 7] These are just a few of the many decentralized exchange smart contract projects in existence."
Clear goal and a worth while product. Copy working and viable technology onto a new ecosystem and use newer protocols to gain better efficiency and scalability. My closing thoughts are that DANA could be the UNI. It looks like it wants to bring many services to its users.
