Adam Lallana is reportedly being assessed by the England medical department after he pulled up in training on Tuesday.
Lallana missed the majority of last season after suffering hamstring and thigh injuries, and was not a part of the Three Lions squad for the World Cup.
Gareth Southgate opted to give the 30-year-old a re-call for their games against Spain and Switzerland this month after his return to fitness.
However the Mirror are claiming that Lallana was unable to complete his first session back in the England fold and is being assessed by their physios.
There is, as yet, no news as to how serious the injury is.
