That's the whole thing everittdmickey, he is referring to an ad blocker that blocks all ads but still pays publishers. I suggest you actually read the book. :)

That is what happens when you refute without doing proper research you make comments that are wrong. I am in favour of ad-blockers to start with and the e-book provides a solution to publishers in dealing with the problem.
