What is addiction ?how it will affect your life both positively and negatively?

Addiction is the condition when a person get engaged to some activity such as (use of mobile phones ,gambling,sex..etc). In another way addiction is when a person ingests a substance (eg. alcohol, nicotine) that can be pleasurable but the continuation of which becomes compulsive and interferes with ordinary responsibilities and concerns, such as work, relationships, or health.

Nowadays worst addiction which our youth and minors are having is using mobile -phones in continues manner and intake of alcoholic substance.They both can affect our life in negative way. even our minors are affected by addiction of mobile phones and alcohol. Sometimes addiction have positive effect too.Now i will explain some positive as well as some negative affect of addiction.

POSITIVE EFFECT

Many people love to cook, play or perform music, dance. They say that these activities are healthy, effective, and fun ways to settle down after a long hard day. They provide a pleasure that other activities may not. These are pleasant activities but even more strongly, they are positive addiction.

NEGATIVE EFFECT

As we know addiction of ingesting alcohol have all negative effect in our life as it affects persons health and its behaviour towards others ,somehow he also looses his respect in society.Now adverse effect of using mobile phones addiction are :- It will effect our eyes which is our most important part of our body and second thing waste of time if you are not using it for any useful purpose.Nowadays minors(children) are also have addiction of mobile games which means their free time is wasted in these mobile games.In actual this will affect them physically as they are not playing some physical games which in fact helps in physical growth of children.
