However, with the scenery of Seda Wuming Buddhist College and Daocheng Aden, this trip is definitely worth it!

Part 2 Specific itinerary

On August 18th, due to delays, the flight from Beijing to Chongqing did not catch up with the original Chongqing-Chengdu high-speed train and changed the number of trains at night. Because the temperature in Chongqing is really fascinating, when the transfer, the baby is very hot and cold...

Then, with the hot cold, this trip to the west of Suichuan began. So the state was not very good a few days ago (cold and high-reverse), the symptoms improved a lot when I arrived in Daocheng, so I dared to climb the milk sea. In fact, at that time, it was also ready to return immediately if the situation was not right. After all, there was a certain risk of cold in the plateau area. Fortunately, there was no fever and no symptoms of pulmonary edema.

If you are on the plateau, you still need to pay attention to your body. ... After all, the high-reaction has been very sinful, it is best not to superimpose other conditions.

The first day of the trip: Depart from Chengdu Hotel, pass Dujiangyan, pass Wenchuan, simply visit the Xisuo residential area, and arrive at Guanyinqiao Town accommodation at night.

Guanyinqiao Town is a traffic-oriented town leading to Aba, Litang, Ganzizhou Seda, Qinghai Gansu and other places. The town name comes from the famous Guanyin Temple. On the first day of the trip, stay in Guanyinqiao Town.

The Seda Larong Wuming Buddhist College is located about 20 kilometers southeast of the county town of Seda County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, at an altitude of 4,000 meters. The Daocheng Aden Scenic Area tour takes a day and a half. We arrived at the scenic spot on the fifth day of the tour, visiting Chonggu Temple and Zhuoma Lacuo, and stayed in Aden Village. On the sixth day of the tour, visit the Luorongniu Farm, Milk Sea, and the Five-Color Sea.

From the Luorong cattle farm to the milk sea, the five-color sea round-trip for about 7 hours (plus the upstream play time, depending on the individual's physical quality, the time may be different), due to road conditions and high altitude (from 4180 meters above sea level) Climb to an altitude of 4,700 meters), you need to pay attention to safety.

On the sixth day of the trip, go to Luorongniu Farm, Milk Sea, and Wuqinghai. This day's itinerary is the most important thing, and it is also the most sinful, but beautiful scenery of the day.

At 6:40 in the morning, take the first scenic spot sightseeing car at the entrance of the hotel, and arrive at the Zhaguan collapse to get off. Then walk to Chonggu Temple to queue up to buy battery tickets (starting at 7:30, round-trip 80 yuan, keep the ticket stub, will be used when returning, Chonggu Temple ticketing point can also store luggage, small bag about 10 yuan). Take the battery car to the Luorong Cattle Farm (the battery car is about 30 minutes from the Chonggu Temple to the Luorong Cattle Farm).

Part 3 Precautions and Suggestions

Clothes: The temperature on this route is about 5-20 degrees. The fleece jacket/thick jacket must be worn. If possible, you can bring a thin down jacket.

Shoes: Waterproof and non-slip hiking shoes are recommended. You can have a pair of sneakers or casual shoes. Although I wear casual shoes all the time, the Daocheng Aden walking day was really inconvenient, especially when I went down the mountain, I was always afraid of slipping.

Washing toiletries: It is recommended that toiletries, including shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., be packed into small bottles to carry one, because not all hotels have disposable toiletries.

Skin care: In addition to normal skin care products, it is recommended to bring sunscreen (more than 50 times) and lipstick, you can also bring a few hydrating masks.

Others: sunglasses (required), umbrellas and raincoats (required, the weather in July and August is likely to suddenly rain), vacuum flask (required, it is recommended to drink hot water on the road).

The altitudes of Seda and Daocheng Yading are basically above 4,000 meters, and the Daocheng Aden Scenic Area needs to climb to the Milk Sea and the Five-Color Sea, so the symptoms of altitude sickness are normal. This requires everyone to have a basic estimate of their physical fitness and physical strength. If you feel that your state and physical strength are not good, it is not recommended to go to the Milk Sea and the Five Seas.

If you have a normal altitude sickness, you can buy a high-reaction drug at your local pharmacy. Usually high-altitude drugs such as high-altitude treatments are not sold in foreign pharmacies, and can be purchased at local pharmacies.
