V. Areas of management
Management areas can be classified into two main types:
Public administration (public sector):
This type is concerned with the implementation of the State's public policy and participation in its development by government agencies and institutions with the primary aim of providing public service to society
Special Administration (Business Administration): - The department that manages the activity performed by projects of an economic nature that satisfy the needs and material and moral desires of the community for profit
VI. Areas of management in executive functions:
Production management.
Marketing Department.
Human resources management.
Procurement management.
Customer Service Management
Financial management.
Comprehensive quality management.
Not necessarily all departments in all companies and organizations may vary depending on the organization's activity
