Good evening, kangkong adobo with pork is one of my favorite dish.
This afternoon I diced enough pork belly for two dishes and did adobong kangkong also. ... Adobong kangkong is a vegetable version of the cooking process, adobo, wherein swamp spinach simmered in soy sauce, vinegar and garlic take qàcenter stage.IMG_20180206_184700_065.JPG
