There are lots of articles that due to legal difficulties, citizens of the United States and several countries will no longer be able to use the new decentralized exchange of Binance company. But is this information true? The answer is "yes" and "no" at the same time. It can be used, but not through the official website.
According to Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, only website, binance.org will block some certain countries starting from 00:00 UTC July 1st, 2019. The IPs belonging to the following countries will be blocked from access to the website:
- The USA;
- Albania;
- Belarus;
- Bosnia;
- Burma;
- Central African Republic;
- Democratic Republic of the Congo;
- Democratic People’s Republic of Korea;
- Côte d’Ivoire;
- Crimea;

BUT, as the access to the blockchain won't be blocked, it will be still possible to trade through the apps that use the Binance DEX blockchain directly.
Recall the official launch of Binance DEX took place at the end of April this year. The platform uses its own blockchain Binance Chain, on which users can also issue their own tokens.
Binance also plans to launch a new version of the main trading platform. Earlier this week, the exchange reported that Binance 2.0 is 90% ready.
