The Adrenal Court is divided into two councils aimed at achieving a certain balance, as the activities of the adrenalines require a much more complex manipulation than the Melatoninites, which only have to subdue humanity. These are Medulla and Cortex. In the most basic terms, the Medulla exercises its control over the expenditure of Human energy and the Cortex exerts its control over the management of the Human energy.

Adrenalines and Melatoninites are supported by lesser known bodies in government that form a network in which the two sides can monitor and exercise their control over the Human, and also deal with environmental issues, among other things.
There is Thymus, which looks more or less like a health department. Thyroidimus, working with Adrenal Cortex on energy management, is also largely responsible for the maintenance of the infrastructure.
Parathyroidimus is mainly responsible for providing certain materials needed in the maintenance of the thyroidimus infrastructure. And Pancreases that more or less regulate the flow of Human energy from the Adrenal Cortex to the Adrenal Medulla.
And by the way ... these parties exercise and exert their control over humanity so efficiently that Man doesn't even realize that they are indeed under the control of these dubious masters. Their controls are so subtle that Man actually believes that he is the master of his own destiny, control himself.
And indeed, in the simplest of enthusiasm, any of these forces can either destroy a man's life in an instant or take him from him slowly and painfully.
