ADSactly on ADSACTLY - Part #9
ADSactly society is directing significant efforts toward creating a sustainable decentralized system with a fair distribution of wealth based on the income from the new values. We want members to reap major benefits of their endeavours because they are the ones who do the work and create new values with joined resources. As already mentioned, everyone who wants to prosper within ADSactly society is free to find his own direction, niche, project and invest time, knowledge or other resources in fulfilling his/her goals. We want good and prosperous lives for our active members.

Everything an individual does, within the society (or for the society), can easily be traced and rewarded. We are able to follow each individual’s reputation and ability to perform tasks he/she chose to do. We believe that everyone should be able to develop his/her unique talents and strengths. Members should also be highly focused on cooperation with others and never even think of using ADSactly society as an exploitation opportunity. Disruptive, deceitful or unproductive behaviour is closely monitored and penalized. On the contrary, all hardworking, forthcoming, helping actions will work in favour of gaining respect and trust.
When a project, started within ADSactly, sees the light and succeeds, all included members who profit from it are expected to selflessly invest in other member's goals and projects. We don’t expect members taking from the society and not giving anything back. There is no deserved respect for doing that. The efficient way of sharing resources is the key to creating abundance for the benefit of all. ADSactly is a blessing, not an exploitation opportunity for selfish and corrupt.
We believe that every advancement has its roots in virtue, merit and hard work.

I'm new to Steem and going back through these posts to figure out exactly what ADSactly does in a concrete way. I believe I understand the foundational morals upon which the group operates, but so far through reading these blog posts I'm absolutely unsure of how to become an active member and have my contributions fracked, communicate and pitch ideas to the group, etc. I'm already a member of the Discord channel, but the first recommendation I ran into there was to read through these posts, so here I am! If you've figured out the steps, let me know. I'm certainly going to write a condensed guide for beginners once I figure it out myself. This sounds like an amazing opportunity and group to be a part of!!
