ADSactly Psychology - Procrastination

Very nice post @jeffways. In addition, I think if Andy has a strong reason for doing what he is doing, he won't procrastinate. If he has a strong "WHY", he'll not only finish the task at hand but he will do so in time too.
If for instance his reason for building the web app is to get money to pay the hospital bills of his mum whom he loves and who is critically ill in the hospital, he will not think of procrastination. Though I know the example might be extreme but it had a strong why.
The truth is that we all procrastinate in our own littlte way. But if we observe the things we have succeeded in doing in the past, we'll agree with me that there was a strong reason behind our actions. That's our " why". Our "why" pushes us from where we are to where we want to be. So, let's always have a strong reason for doing what we do.
