Do you believe that kids should exclusively play video games? We all lead lives that are more serious than necessary when you combine the responsibilities that come with becoming older with the ever-more-serious difficulties of modern living.
We are unable to breathe or realise our freedom because we are imprisoned in this seriousness where smiling, enjoying ourselves, and unwinding are considered luxury and even a little foolishness as total spoiling.
We consequently lose our ability to control our anger, becoming extremely intolerant of even the smallest stressors, and even progressively stop being funny and creative.
Playing games is the activity we all enjoyed the most as kids, and it's the key to regaining the happiness and lightheartedness we all had when we were younger but lost as we grew older!

By definition, a game is anything that is self-directed, driven by imagination, and has rules based on creativity and internal motivation.
Anything we do that makes us happy while doing it might be deemed a game, even if we don't finish up with any rewards. Even though they initially appear to be a waste of time and have no function, games actually serve to balance our lives.
Playtime is quite different from our everyday life, where we act with the anticipation of a specific outcome. By purposefully "wasting" time, we can acquire active rest, be reminded to love the process over the outcome, and temporarily forget about our obligations and issues.
Gaming has been shown to promote overall health in a number of ways. A person can have a more physically active day by playing games that can boost happiness and vitality while lowering stress levels.
Our lives become more organically active during playtime, which might naturally inspire leaping, running, climbing, and even somersaulting while having fun.
It makes one feel lighter and more spiritually relieved. It also has a meditative impact by keeping the mind in the present moment. As a result, it encourages optimism and hope for the future.
It improves our ability to handle stress. Engaging in a joyful and enjoyable activity for a short period of time also helps counteract the detrimental impacts of stress.
Regular gaming time lowers stress levels, promotes a positive outlook, and fosters the development of innovative coping mechanisms. This increases our ability to withstand the stresses in our lives on an emotional and mental level.
