Adulting Level 9: writing my own tenancy agreement

Yep, it's happening. 

I decided to rent a less-than-nice, less-than-conveniently-located, barely-affordable one bedroom flat in North London. Or in the middle of nowhere, if you ask me. Not living within walking distance of a tube or train station is like unheard of for me. Twenty minutes is not walking distance!

Sadly the landlord does not have a tenancy agreement in place, so I'm literally writing my own. This is really happening. I'm so adulting. 

Anyway, 10 days till '18. Cannot wait.
