Hi. So I'm standing here at work just trying to grasp the whole routine of making this content you know? And I just realized that I can write a lot of content it's just the structure that scares me away from really just going at it. So I just need to write the way I usually do. Which is just writing what is on my mind. I put the date down and I have some images and I just need some words so lets do this.
6:00 AM - Woke up uber late. I totally slept through my alarm dude. At first I was like.. well shit I failed. But I was like not going to have that feeling today. So I thought optimistically with only 90 minutes to do everything. I accepted the challenge and went for it. Thinking of all the things I had to do I knew I had to haul ass to get it done. Haha that is like how I work best.. when I am rushed.. When I have to clutch it. Am I the only one?

6:30 AM - I totally skipped my healing potion and just drank the rest of my spring water I gathered the day before. Then I instantly went to work and wrote in my journal, read a page of my bible and stretched my ass off. It was easy, simple and effective. I got it all done in like 20 mins. That's what's up. I made it outside before the sun started to set. It was perfect timing yet again! It's so key to get out there in time. It was a clutch day. Like just getting out there in time is the clutchest part of the day so far.
I went to the forest barefoot today. The weather was ballin man. I realized how much I enjoy being without shoes. I actually ran down through the grass and it felt so natural and pain free. I usually get this pain in my foot when I wear shoes so I definitely can confirm that barefoot is key! I just have to be careful and mindful of every step because you never know man.
7:00 AM - Lol I remember being in the forest at this time making the fun clip for youtube. I actually got a solid sense of who I want to be for others. I can totally make health fun. I can make being healthy a fun thing. I can make it look fun to do. Lol what I did was like "Okay we are going to stretch the arms bro" and I said it in like a serious fun way that wasn't serious at all. Like all the fitness vids I've watched are all so serious like "Do this and do That exactly" and i'm just like "whoaa look at this arm movement bro holy hell is that cool af bro" and I feel like kids will jump on as long as I keep it fun and light.
7:50 AM - I finished a livestream at this time and actually had a good time talking with people as I was sitting still in the forest. Lol i'm trying to go as fast as I can right now with this but that's okay. Anyways I'm proud to say that I did pretty good with the stream today. This guy was calling me names but I handled it perfectly with sarcasm. Dude I was made for this shit. I can't wait to get it again tomorrow.
The day was clutched yet again.. lets review shall we
Stretched, read and wrote in journal
Drank water, ate bananas
Made content and sat still in the forest with friends on Twitch.
