Hey guys. Today we're gonna be talking about all natural anti-aging brazilian secrets. But first I want to introduce you to someone special. This is my mom and this is her first time visiting us in Brazil. Hi my name is Cheryl and I'm from Reno, Nevada and I am very excited to see my family and to be here in Brazil. The first thing, if you want to just be cool and make a cool beauty video on YouTube you have to think beautiful thoughts. Alright, so we've got a bunch of awesome Brazilian secrets we're going to share with you today. We're going to get right into it. We started out with clean faces but we did a rinse first and I brewed some mint tea and mixed it with fresh coconut water.
This is a good mixture to start with to make sure to cleanse the face. Coconut water contains amino acids vitamin B and C and lots of minerals. This helps remineralize and re-energize the skin. Mint is great because it combats skin irritations. It has antioxidants and it's great to refresh the skin. This fruit is from Brazil and we made into a mask. You can also buy this fruit in the United States and it is called persimmons. Here we go. Okay, so I bought this fruit at a market near my house. It's called cacui and it's got tons of lycopene and antioxidants. It helps with fine lines. It helps to refresh the skin.
It smells good. Pile it on. It's a little runny. Yeah. I blended this just with the fruit. No water. So just go ahead and throw it in, blend it up and then you can put it on your face. How long do we leave this on? We're gonna leave it on for 20 minutes. After you get it on your face you're gonna go relax.
Lay down for 20 minutes. Let it sit and soak in. She's loving this. I am also going to be applying a mask. This is avocado and lemon. Avocados are amazing for your skin. Avacados are super healthy. They are really hydrating and moisturizing. I added some lemon in mine because it helps reduce inflammation and helps with acne. It adds vitamin C and helps reduce blackheads and I dropped things on myself. I went ahead and put this in the blender and smashed it up.
Here are some things you can add to your avocado mask: You can do a spoonful of coconut and sugar to make it an exfoliator. You can add a tablespoon of coconut oils to add more moisture. You can add a spoonful of pineapple juice, which helps with youthful radiance and elasticity Avacados have tons of chlorophyll, antioxidants, vitamins and healthy fats. Great for your skin. Here's another tip: When your cooking avacados in the kitchen, or preparing a meal of snack, When your done, there's always some pulp left over on the inside of that skin.
Just take a spoon, scoop it out, mash is up a little bit and put it around your eyes while your in the kitchen. The pulp on the outside, the darker green part, has the most vitamins Go ahead and put that on your eyes while you're cooking. We're relaxing. Yeah, okay so we're ready for the day we had our masks it was awesome! Mom, what did you think about your mask? I really enjoyed it. It was nice to lay down and relax with you and just talk and it was very soothing. It made my skin really soft and I also felt like I did not need to add moisturizer. Awesome! Awesome! me too.
