Rishikesh is a holy place in uttarakhand , india. It is mostly famous for its whiter water rafting in the river Ganga. It is very adventurous and best rafting site available in india.
But last weak it is banned by supreme court due to various atmosphere reasons and for the safety of the people.
Let me discuss the pros and cons of it-
Pros-
- The rush during summer season is reduced.
2.Very less air pollution.
3.Purity of river ganga can be maintained.
Cons-
1.People of rishikesh becomes jobless.
2.Earnings reduced drastically of the locals.
3.People cant enjoy this amazing water sport.
So guys also give me your views about is it right to ban rafting or we can also find some other solution like limiting the crowd.
Really want to do rafting in Ganges.
Have seen many amazing videos on this.
But SC is correct in banning bcoz we don't protect our nature.we go there and create pollution.
