Heaton Family joins Steemit

"Bored" isn't real.

This is what we tell the kids whenever we hear the "I'm booooored" whine. Boredom is just a bad attitude. It's a state of mind you decide for yourself.
By this line of thought, we realized we also have the power to change our circumstances.
There are 5 of us, and three kids is a lot of kids. We are setting out to consciously alter our life path and choosing a state of happiness and fulfillment.
We are the Heaton family. We have a lot of love and a lot of chaos and a lot of life ahead of us.

Lenin P. is 7 years old, about to begin 2nd grade, an Aquarius and as snarky and sarcastic as any 30 year old.

Hazel Faye, the middle child and only girl, makes herself present by standing her ground and taking care of everyone else. She's 6, a Virgo, and entering 1st grade.

Riese is our silent rebel. He's 3, difficult and sweet. Stubborn and snuggly. A textbook cancer.

I am Michelle, a Beauty Operator, reader and sunbather. I also enjoy riding my bike in perfect whether. I'm 32 and loud.

Patrick, the baby daddy, is an amazing partner and dad. He rides bikes and cooks amazing dinners.

Our family is excitedly joining the Steemit family as a way to encourage you all to get out and adventure even if you have a family "tying you down". Steemit will be a platform for us to share our fervor and spirit with the world!
