My daily tracking is a mix between energy, health & business activities:

  • Daily business activities + results
  • Energy level associated
  • Physical activities
  • Water intake
  • Income
  • Fears
  • Wins

Most business activities tracked with our Momentum Planner.
Physical activities (walking, running, swimming, fitness, weight lifting...) as well as water intake tracked with Samsung Health.
Income tracked in Google Drive spreadsheet.
Fears, wins and other reflections during my evening time, journalling.
