Waking up early in the morning is unpleasant for most people. Probably everyone is familiar with the attempt to extend sleep by 5 or 10 minutes alert, stubborn battles between you and alarm.
You can stay late in the job even when you are aware of it and start a fast morning ritual: shower, dress up, make-up, hairstyle and a walk, one lunch break.
For your morning to be less stressful and easier, I'll give you five advice, what is characteristic for successful people:
Do not lose your time in the morning by checking the phone or mail, you will be able to do it in the transport.
Find the place for all the things you need at work on your weekends. If you want do not miss the necessary detail.
Be quick and try simple tricks in the morning. For example, at your free time practice doing makeup and hair styling, the most important thing is to reduce the time by 20 minutes before going at work.
Check out your bag before going to bad, make sure you, have everything you need for the next day. Check out petty items, plastic card, key, wallet, etc.
And the necessary advice - sleep and wake up early. This will enable you to be more energetic and productive.
