Some progress with my indoor food growing and I have begun using my aerogarden which is very easy to set up and then you just let it run. Follow the instructions on how to apply the liquid plant food and your good to go. I have mint, 2 kinds of basil, thyme, dill and parsley. Check out aerogarden for growing food indoor.
