Apparently there are way too many people who not only forge but have expired licenses. So it will be able to detect both. I didn't think having an expired license was so bad until you realize how rules and regulations are changing, especially if as we are getting introduced to more technology like flying cars in the future.

Sounds reasonable but I don't know anything about the "space." Blockchain seems like a good fit for safety verification. I don't think the flying cars are gonna happen anytime soon. I like Steemit because I've seen the proof of concept : ) As always great crypto information in a nutshell.
