Indian Ambassador to Afghanistan Manpreet Vohra has given this information through a tweet. In his tweet, he wrote, "The first grain of wheat wheat from the Chabahar route was welcomed in traditional song, dance and enchanting atmosphere. It is a very proud moment. "On this occasion, the pictures of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Iran's President Hassan Rohani were decorated with Zoran. This consignment was sent to Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani after his October 24 visit to India. On October 29, Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj and Foreign Minister Salahuddin Rabbani and Iranian Foreign Minister Javar Zarif had started shipment through video conferencing on October 29. Six more wheat consignments will be sent to Afghanistan in the next few months. For the people of Afghanistan, India had promised to give 11 lakh tonnes of wheat, which would be the result of this part.

Cost of transport and shortfall in time will be halfway

Pakistan had difficulty in dealing with Afghanistan by trade routes. That is why Chabahar Port in Iran is developing India. The project is expected to be completed by December next year. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had signed a tripartite agreement with Afghanistan for transportation and trade corridors for Afghanistan along with Chabahar Port in Iran last year. According to this agreement, Chabahar is expected to become the hub of trade in all three countries. This is expected to reduce the cost and time of sending shipment from India to Central Asia and Europe, both in half.

Chawk Port Port to Gwadar Port

Gwadar Port, which is being developed in Pakistan by Chabahar Port, is being seen as a reply to Gwadar Port. Chabahar Port had a discussion with Iran in 2003. However, his work was being avoided. Meanwhile, tensions between the United States and Iran have once again raised questions on the future of Chabahar Port. However, US Secretary of State Rax Tillerson, who recently visited India, had said that the United States did not object to legitimate trade with Iran.
