What a shithole?
The fans of African nations are angry with Trump for referring to their countries as 'shitholes' What a 'holy' indignation?
Why did Mr. Basket mouth not mind his own wahala with Iran and North Korea and if he wanted saying anything about our beloved motherland why did he not make politically correct remarks?
Trump has murdered the sleep from the drowsy eyes of AU leaders and suddenly waking them up from their well deserved slumber to demand apology even when they are yet to salvage the slave trade going on in Libya.
Why should Trump by his audacious remark re echoed what may have caused the thousand of Africans to become illegal immigrants across Europe and America.
My understanding of shithole is figuratively a place where people wouldn't want to stay but only visit when call of nature beckon.
In rural setting, such as where I grew up, shithole is located away from residential area yet its importance can't be ignored. Based on the traffic of Africans emigrating away from African nations because of the obvious unbearable situations in African nations one maybe tempted to regard the continent as shithole.
Thank goodness Trump didn't called Africans shitholes but the countries. Come to think of it, how many Africans are proud of their countries? Some even say our nations are hell on earth and fantastically corrupt!!! Hell and shithole which one is better?
As for me I will remain in my shithole and put the likes of Trump to shame. I just want to make a common sense
