Undoubtedly one of the most evil men in history. The world knows so little of the genocides in the Congo and Colombia, genocides committed for rubber. Imperialism is utterly contrary to property rights, and were the property rights of the Congolese (and colonised peoples in general) acknowledged and respected, the world would be in a far better state than it is today.
