The steemit community deserves a teaching of whatever knowledge I have and I think making of Spring Rolls is part of them.
Spring Rolls is one of the Snacks products under the small chops family which can be taken as refreshment in the waiting or in the absence of food.
Below are the ingredients to make small chops:
*Cabbage
- Spring Onions
- Red Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Onions
- Soy Sauce
- Dried Pepper (Grinded)
- 1kg Chicken or Beaf
- Flour
- Egg
- Groundnut Oil
- Garlic/Ginger
Utensils:
- Pastery Pan
- Frying Pan
- Frying Spoon
- Burner
- Strainer Pan
- Plastics
Process:
- Slice the cabbage, the red pepper, the green pepper, the onions. Then dice the spring onions.
- Perboil the cabbage for three (3) minutes in hot water, then thereafter put the frying pan on fire, add some groundnut oil and leave it heat for five (5) minutes. Add the green pepper, red pepper, onions, spring onions and seasoning to taste, soy sauce, dried pepper, garlic and ginger.
Leave to cook for ten (10) minutes before adding cabbage; then mix up properly and leave it again to cook for another 10-15minutes in order to soften and give it a very perfect taste.
After 10 minutes, turn the sauce into a strainer pan to strain off the moisture before rolling the spring rolls.
Mixing of the pastries:
Mix the quantity of flower depending on the numbers of spring rolls you intend making. Add egg, salt, and mix properly. Beat the flower well to become tender.
Paste the pastry pan on the already lit burner, make pastries and start rolling the ready sauce it into it.
Then start frying in hot groundnut oil.
