As it is common among entrepreneurs especially business starters,challenges and negative remarks from people are the obstacles that destroys people's ambition but obstacles loose its hold whenever it met a trained mind that can use those obstacles as an advantage to achieve their desires, Fahad has that kind of mindset, let's read his story
He is a 29 years old entrepreneur from Tanzania who nurtured his mind and instilled in him the spirit of entrepreneurship at the age of 11

When He decided to start a business in Tanzania. He founded that even though Tanzania is one of the biggest cashew exporters in Africa, they lack processing facilities and local farmers are not making enough profit from it
Using the principles of going to the source and observe (genchi genbutsu),Fahad made enquiries from the local farmers on the likely Challenges they encountered.

After a series of researches, he decided to provide processing facilities and improve the quality of cashew products. This gave rise to the birth of his company, yet agro-processing
Banks refused to fund his business simply because it Is a new business
He didn't back off. He moved on , but this time he advanced his approach and determination.
Seeing his progress, banks later lined up to partner with him
